Dr. Tomáš Krabec is an Associate Professor of business valuation at the Prague University of Economics and Business. He serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for Forensic Economics to the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic and as a Member of the Financial Instruments Board of the Internation Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).
With a distinguished career as an advisor and fully qualified expert witness, Dr. Krabec specializes in various aspects of valuation, including business valuation, valuation of financial instruments, and valuation review. His expertise demonstrates within the judicial process, where he has provided expert opinions and reports for governments, publicly traded multinational corporations, and SMEs both within the Central and Eastern European region and internationally. Dr. Krabec particularly specializes in handling diverse and complex consulting assignments related to valuation review and reconciliation.
Dr. Krabec’s academic journey includes a Master’s Degree in Economics and a PhD in Accounting and Business Valuation from the Prague University of Economics and Business, complemented by an MBA in International Business from the MIB School of Management in Trieste, Italy.
