EACVA GmbH (hereafter referred to as "EACVA") attaches particular importance to compliance with data protection requirements. The safe handling of your data is a central concern to us. Personal data (for example title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) are only used by EACVA in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR resp. Use of the website
The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. As far as personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) is raised from our side, this always takes place – as far as possible – on a voluntary basis.

Conference registration form
On our website you can register for the conference via PDF or online registration forms. To register, it is necessary to supply personal data, like your name (first name and last name), your address and your e-mail address, if necessary company and company address. The data transmitted with the registration form will be stored and used by us for contract initiation and fulfillment. The data will be deleted if the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations and for dealing with any warranty and comparable obligations, whereby the necessity of keeping the data is reviewed every three years; otherwise the statutory storage obligations apply.

As part of the registration for events of the EACVA you can also register for the EACVA newsletter. In this we provide you expert information on business valuation and about EACVA events. For this purpose we need your e-mail address and your agreement to receive the newsletter. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an e-mail to newsletter@eacva.de, by post to the postal address above or unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter without stating reasons.

Contact Form
You have the possibility to contact us via e-mail. For this we need your name and your e-mail address. We will store the data transmitted via e-mail exclusively for processing / answering your message. The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily granted consent. The data will not be passed on to third parties and deleted immediately after processing, provided that there are no statutory storage requirements.

Disclosure of data
A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place.
We only share your personal information with third parties if:

The user data is stored and kept for the duration of the legal retention period. After the deadline, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, if it is no longer required to fulfill the contract or to initiate a contract. Your rights
You have the right to request information about which personal data is stored and processed by EACVA at any time.
