Elena Moisei is a Managing Director, head of Portfolio Valuation of Kroll Luxembourg.
She has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance and valuation advisory services across different European countries,
Elena is experienced in the valuation of illiquid investments, and she excels working with Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs) clients, including private equity, private debt, infrastructure funds and real estate fund managers in Luxembourg for valuation of assets across the globe.
Elena is a member of the Business Valuation Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). She is also a board member of the Luxembourg Valuation Professionals Association (LVPA). She is acting as valuation trainer for private equity and private debt courses at the House of Training by The Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg.
